Our standard shipping charge is $4.95 up to 10 lbs. Orders over 10 lbs. will be charged an additional .60 cents per pound overweight. |

Orders must total $70 in order to qualify for free shipping. Out of stock items due not nullify this provision. The customer can wait for out of stock items to arrive, or product substitutions may be made which bring the total to $70 or more. Free shipping applies to internet orders only and are limited to one order per household per 2 week period. |

| Sales tax will be applied to all orders containing items that are not food or taken as food supplements within the state of Florida. |

| Returns must be defective or unopened within 30 days of
purchase. No exceptions. If a return is made which makes
your purchase total below $70, a $4.95 shipping fee will be subtracted
from your return to compensate for initial free shipping. |

| If bill to and ship to addresses on the order do not match we may email you and ask you to call us to verify the order. If we do not receive the requested phone call the order will not be shipped. Credit card fraud is at an all time high and we must protect the cardholders and ourselves. |

| Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed unless notification is given. Please allow 2-6 business days to receive your order from the time you place the order to the time you receive the order. |
